This review is long overdue for which I apologize. Last August I called Kim from California to order cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and she lives in Lake Havasu. Disappointed I could not be there in person, Kim and her associate went above & beyond to make her birthday extra special. Not only did they deliver the delicious cupcakes to her work, they also went out of their way to meet my request by buying balloons & delivering them as well! The photos of the cupcakes were beautiful with 3 different flavors & classy decorations. My daughter & her co-workers raved how yummy they were! Although this is belated, I have never forgotten how gracious & helpful Kim was over the phone & how she & her associate surprised my daughter with amazing cupcakes & balloons! Kudos Kim & much appreciation for over the top customer service!

The cupcakes and homemade ice cream were great! It was a quaint little shop with the retro soda shoppe feel and even tables outside. I had a caramel pretzel cupcake (the cupcake was chocolate) and some salted caramel ice cream and my son had a hot fudge sundae cupcake, cherry on top and brownie ice cream. It was hard to decide. There were several other tempting flavors.
